Join us on Saturday, 13th June, for an afternoon celebrating some of Australia’s most exciting gin makers.
Settle in, gather your gin-loving friends and enjoy a tasting paddle of four mini cocktails for just $49! The line-up includes:
🍋 Classic G&T Threefold Tom Yummy Gin — Adelaide, South Australia Bright tropical citrus layered with lemongrass and warming spice, inspired by Southeast Asian flavours.
🌺 A Byron Bay Spritz Brookie’s Byron Slow Gin — Byron Bay, New South Wales Native botanicals balanced with sweet Davidson plum and rosella for a vibrant, fruit-forward finish.
🍇 Bloody Sour Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin — Yarra Valley, Victoria A rich and iconic Australian gin infused with Shiraz grapes, native botanicals and warming spice.
🥭 The Departed Martini Departed Spirits Salted Mango Gin — Melbourne, Victoria A coastal twist on the classic martini with mango, citrus peel, saltbush and samphire.
